Peace Tip: Trust Your Knowingness

Many times, we know things on a deeper level, but don't trust our knowingness. We rely instead on external sources for our knowledge--television, radio, newspapers, the internet, conversations with others, books, magazines, etc. But in our heart of hearts, we know the truth--love. 
Love is all there is. Love is the answer to all things. 
And we connect with it most fully when we are still.
