The other day, I read an article on the importance of breathing. It said that most people feel anxious and stressed when they aren’t breathing in enough oxygen. I understand more fully now what the article meant.

This is a beautiful song with a beautiful message that no matter what you're going through, you are divinely capable of making it through.
