Let Love Make You Smile

Go ahead. I dare you to think about how good love feels and not smile. Couldn’t do it could you? Neither can I, nor would I want to.  When love makes us smile, it eases our heart, adds a gleam to our eyes, and sparks joy in our soul.

Remembering love not only makes me smile more, but has led me to recently launch an online gift shop to help others remember love and smile more, too. It’s entitled LoveMakesMeSmile.com, with the tagline, “Gifts for a Happy Life.”

I never intended to launch an online gift shop, but, briefly, here’s how it happened. I woke up one morning several months ago, and the first thought in my mind was “love makes me smile.” And right after that was the thought, “You know what? It does!”

That thought stuck with me throughout the day, leading me to purchase the domain name, LoveMakesMeSmile.com. Surprisingly, it was available. Although I had no idea how I was going to use the domain name, I decided to get a logo designed for it. After spending some time online scouting for ideas for how to use my new domain name, I decided to create an online gift shop.

There was a large learning curve involved since I had never produced an online gift shop but was willing to try. All I knew was that I wanted it to be warm, inviting and to offer lots of gifts that would help people feel happy and smile. I got what I hoped for.

LoveMakesMeSmile.com consists of hundreds of gift items all bearing the original logo, variations of it and a line of products entitled “#LoveMakesMeSmile.” Products include  t-shirts, hoodies, bags, sleepware, drinkware, phone cases, home decor and more. 

Each item in LoveMakesMeSmile.com is intended to serve as a reminder that life is loaded with love, and remembering it will make us smile and be happier. That’s my hope for you and for us all.
